Method
- Make sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Cook onion: Heat a large skillet on medium-high. Cook onion 3–4 minutes.
- Crisp rice: Add rice, press into the pan, and let it sit 1–2 minutes.
- Add toppings: Add beef, corn, butter, and green onions.
- Sauce + finish: Pour in sauce, sizzle 1 minute, then stir and cook 1 more minute (until beef is just cooked). Serve hot.
