Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice/quinoa
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • Green onions + sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Whisk sauce: buffalo, aminos, sugar, vinegar, spices
  • Cook broccoli 3 min until crisp-tender
  • Brown ground chicken 5-7 min
  • Add broccoli + sauce to chicken
  • Stir 2-3 min until thickened
  • Serve over rice/quinoa
