- 1½ cups flour
- 1½ cups baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
Buttercream
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup strawberry puree
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven 350°F, line cupcake pans
Whisk dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt)
Beat butter + sugar 2 min, add eggs + vanilla
Alternate dry/wet ingredients, fold in strawberries
Bake 14-18 min, cool completely
Beat buttercream: butter → sugar → strawberry → vanilla
