Ingredients

  • 1 lb Wagyu ground beef
  • ½ cup soy sauce (low sodium)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Whisk sauce: soy, brown sugar, water, garlic, ginger
  • Brown Wagyu beef 8 min, drain fat
  • Pour sauce over beef, simmer 5 min
  • Add cornstarch slurry, thicken 2 min
  • Serve over rice, garnish green onions + sesame
