- ½ cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- Cooked rice for serving

Whisk sauce: soy, brown sugar, water, garlic, ginger
