Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 large large eggs
  • cups milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted) + more for cooking
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, melted butter
  • Add self-rising flour, stir until just combined
  • Let batter rest 5 minutes
  • Heat buttered skillet over medium
